Cancellation & Refund Policy

Unless otherwise agreed to in writing, payment is due in full (for the number of selected sessions) at least 24 hours before the first session. Invoices will be sent via email and may be paid via credit card or bank transfer. Cancellations within 48 hours or ‘no-shows’ are subject to full payment at my discretion. If you are late for an appointment, please understand that we may still need to finish at the agreed time. If you have not made yourself available within 15 minutes of our agreed start time, I will presume you have canceled. If you have any questions please contact us. Thank you.

Resume & Branding Documents

  

  1. 1. All work will be completed by Spotlight Resumes, LLC in a timely manner subject to acts of God, mechanical failure, or other circumstances beyond the control of Spotlight Resumes, LLC..
  2. The first draft of resume will be delivered 7-10 business days after completed prep work is provided, unless otherwise agreed on. If a  resume is needed more urgently, a rush fee can be discussed.
  3. Clients are solely responsible for direct correspondence with their targeted employers and organizations.
  4. Client must promptly complete and return any surveys or questionnaires assigned by Spotlight Resumes. All prep work and follow-up questions must be returned before any writing project will commence.
  5. If information is incomplete or missing, writing will be delayed until it is provided by the Client.
  6. Client must advise Spotlight Resumes, LLC of any changes to contact information.
  7. Spotlight Resumes, LLC agrees to make changes to documents and correct errors and/or misinterpretation of data as part of the resume and supplemental document development. Client will be responsible for proofing and acceptance.
  8. Receipt of documents is assumed at time email is sent.
  9. Satisfaction is assumed upon receipt of documents, unless client communicates the desire for edits. All changes must be made within 30 days of receiving first draft. Client decisions to address a new employment target not discussed in the initial purchase agreement will result      in additional fees. After acceptance of a final draft, any changes will incur a new fee.
  10. Due to the agreement of Spotlight Resumes, LLC to fine-tune documents for up to 2 revisions during the 30-day editing period, refunds are not available. No guarantee is made regarding the ability of the documents to result in interviews or job offers.
  11. Due to the varying nature of word processing software and the page alterations that can take place from computer to computer, based on printer and computer recognition, Spotlight Resumes, LLC cannot guarantee that documents will appear perfectly on every computer      screen. Spotlight Resumes, LLC will take every step to ensure client satisfaction, however, some issues are beyond our control..
